Your Choices

Account Information

You may update, correct, or delete your account information at any time by logging into your account or contacting us. Note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Location Information

You can prevent us from collecting precise location information through your device settings, but this may limit your ability to use certain features of our Services.

Cookies

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Services.

Promotional Communications

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

SMS Opt-Out: To stop all non-transactional messages, reply STOP to any SMS. After we process your STOP request, you’ll receive one final confirmation message; then no further promotional texts will be sent unless you opt back in.

SMS Opt-In: You may re-subscribe to promotional messages at any time by replying START, or by updating your preferences on our website or mobile app.

SMS Communications

Consent & Compliance

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive periodic SMS and MMS messages from Zip2Help, including automated notifications, reminders, and marketing. You represent that you are the mobile account holder or have permission to receive such messages. All messaging is conducted under U.S. TCPA rules and via our A2P-registered 10DLC campaigns.

Message Types & Frequency

Transactional: appointment confirmations, reminders, billing notices, service updates.

Promotional: discounts, special offers, announcements (only if you opt in). Message frequency varies based on your activity; we do not guarantee a minimum or maximum.

Carrier & Platform Partners

We work with carriers and third-party messaging platforms to deliver SMS/MMS. They may monitor traffic for compliance with industry rules; Zip2Help may suspend delivery if content or volumes trigger carrier filters.

Data Retention & Privacy

All SMS/MMS interactions are subject to this Privacy Policy. We retain opt-in/opt-out records and message logs for compliance and fraud-prevention, in accordance with legal requirements and our data-retention schedule. Your phone number is never sold or used beyond message delivery and analytics.

Opt-Out & Support

You can opt out of promotional messages at any time (see “Your Choices” above). For help, reply HELP or email privacy@zip2help.com.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice.
