  2. Compare - Browse profiles, reviews, and ratings of qualified providers in your area.
  3. Connect - Submit a request form with your specific needs and get matched with the right service provider.
Service providers on our platform are pre-screened, and many feature verified reviews from customers in your community, helping you make an informed decision.

Zip2Help is currently available in most major metropolitan areas across the United States and is rapidly expanding to serve more communities. To check if we have service providers in your area, simply enter your ZIP code on our homepage or when searching for a specific service.

For Customers

Yes! Zip2Help is completely free for customers. You can search for service providers, view profiles, read reviews, and submit service requests at no cost to you. We make our money by charging service providers a subscription fee to be listed on our platform.

We take several steps to help ensure service providers on our platform are trustworthy:
  • We verify business information and credentials
  • We collect and display authentic customer reviews
  • Many providers undergo background checks
  • We track provider response rates and service quality
Providers with consistently poor ratings or customer complaints may be removed from our platform.

Most service providers respond within 24 hours, and many respond much quicker. Response times may vary based on the service type, urgency level you indicated, and the provider's current workload. For emergency services, we recommend indicating this clearly in your request form.

If you're not satisfied with a service provider you found through Zip2Help, we encourage you to:
  1. First, communicate directly with the provider about your concerns
  2. If the issue isn't resolved, leave an honest review to help other customers
  3. Contact our customer support team who can assist with mediation
We take customer satisfaction seriously and will investigate all reported issues.

After your service is completed, you'll receive an email invitation to leave a review. You can also log into your Zip2Help account, navigate to "My Service Requests," find the completed service, and click "Leave Review." Your honest feedback helps other customers and rewards good service providers.

For Service Providers

You can join Zip2Help as a service provider by visiting our For Providers page and completing the sign-up form. After submitting your information, our team will review your application, verify your business details, and guide you through setting up your profile.

We offer several subscription options for service providers starting at $29/month for our Basic plan. We also offer Professional ($79/month) and Premium ($149/month) plans with additional features and benefits. All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. When a customer submits a service request that matches your service category and area, you'll receive notification via email and on your provider dashboard. You can then review the request details and respond to the customer directly. The subscription fee covers all leads you receive—there are no additional per-lead charges.

To improve your visibility on our platform:
  • Complete your profile with comprehensive information
  • Add high-quality photos of your work
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews
  • Maintain a high rating through quality service
  • Consider upgrading to our Professional or Premium plans for featured placement

Account & Privacy

You can browse service providers without an account, but creating a free account allows you to submit service requests, save favorite providers, track your requests, and leave reviews. Creating an account takes just a minute and requires only basic information.

We take your privacy seriously. We only share your contact information with service providers after you've submitted a request for their services. We never sell your personal information to third parties. For complete details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

If you wish to delete your customer account, log in and go to "Account Settings" and select "Delete Account." For provider accounts, please contact our support team directly. Note that deleting your account will remove your profile, saved providers, and service history, but reviews you've left will remain visible without your name.

Payment & Billing

Zip2Help does not handle payments between customers and service providers. After connecting through our platform, you'll work directly with the service provider to agree on pricing, payment methods, and terms. We recommend discussing payment details before work begins and getting written quotes for larger projects.

Payment methods vary by service provider. Most accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments (like Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle). Some may also accept cash. The accepted payment methods are typically listed on the provider's profile, but we recommend confirming this directly when discussing your project.

Service providers can update their billing information by logging into their provider dashboard and navigating to "Account Settings" > "Billing Information." From there, you can update your payment method, view past invoices, and make changes to your subscription plan.
