The Sound and Feel of a Classic

The VR-760 uses the same ???Virtual ToneWheel??? technology found in the popular VK-8 Combo Organ???complete with COSM Amp and Rotary Speaker Modeling???for the most realistic organ tones imaginable. Three tone wheel types (Vintage 1, Vintage 2 and Clean) accurately simulate the sound of clean gospel organs, gritty rock organs and everything in between.

Dedicated multi-effects let you add anything from rich-sounding chorus to vintage phasing, tremolo and wah effects to create just the electric piano sound you???re after.

An Expandable Synthesizer with Breathtaking Sounds

With its high-quality synthesizer section, the VR-760 gives players access to just about any sound imaginable. So whether you need rich orchestral sounds or a fat synth lead, you won???t have to search long. Just choose from one of several Tone categories???like Strings, Choir/Scat, Brass, Synth Lead, Synth Pad and Bass???and select the sound you need. Two slots for optional SRX-Series expansions let you add up to 128MB of high-quality sounds tailored for specific genres and applications. These sounds can be further enhanced using the dedicated multi-effects processor, which serves up 40 studio-quality algorithms like distortion, flanging, delay and an enhancer.

The VR-760???s light-sensing D Beam provides realtime control over parameters like octave, glide or rotary speed. And with Active

Expression, you can slowly fade in a synth sound while playing an organ tone???or even intensify the sound???s richness and volume??? using an optional EV-7 Expression Pedal. And with new V-LINK technology, you can trigger video clips from the VR-760???s keyboard or Registration buttons*. Features like these can only be found in the VR-760.

??? Piano Section

This panel area provides direct control of the VR-760???s piano sounds. Select among various acoustic and electric piano tones, adjust the overall volume, and even set the mic distance and amp modeling parameters. Multi-effects settings can also be made.

??? Reverb Section

This panel section is for making settings to the VR-760???s global reverb effect. Use the button to switch between three reverb types: Room, Hall and Church. Then adjust the effect level using the Depth knob.

??? Master EQ Section

With dedicated knobs for each frequency band (including a sweepable Mid), players can instantly adjust the VR-760???s overall tone without having to dive into Edit menus.
