These wheels and brushes, made from crimped carbon steel wire, are to be used with an appropriate angle grinder. They can be used for roughening, deburring, cleaning prior to welding, rust and paint removal, and weld spatter and corrosion removal.

1.Always wear ANSI approved safety goggles, full face shield and respirator when working with these tools.

2.BEFORE use, read and adhere to all warnings, safety precautions, and operating instructions in the owner’s manual for the appropriate angle grinder these accessories are to be used with.

2. The brush and wheel bristles are very sharp and can easily cause skin cuts and puncture wounds; be extemely careful when unpacking these products and when handling and using the wheels and brushes. Always wear gloves when handling and using these wire brushes.

3. Exposure to aluminum oxide (a dust generated from material removing processes) can result in eye, skin and breathing irritation. Always use a NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) approved respirator and safety goggles. Avoid skin exposure. Proper ventilation in the work area is required.

4. Never exceed the 12,500 RPM maximum.
