All clear ance s for proper ventilation air supply must be maintain ed to minimiz e fire hazard. Do not locate the oven imm ediately adjacent to any other heat gen eratin g appli ance.

Inadequate ventilation may result in a high ambient

temperature at the rear of the oven. An exces sive ambient temperat ure can cause the thermal- overload prote ction device on the blower motor to trip resulting in severe dama ge to the blower motor.

LEV ELING

Level thi s appliance from sid to-si de and front- to- back with the use of a spirit level. For ovens installed on a mob ile stand, it is importa nt that the insta llation surface be lev el due to the probability of frequen t oven repo sitio ning .

We recom mend chec king the level of the appl ianc e periodically to make certa in the floor has not shifte d nor the appliance moved.

NOTE: Failure to properly level this oven can cause improper funct ion and will result in the uneven baking of products

con sisti ng of sem i-liquid batter.

attemp tin g the electrical connection , the rat ing plat e sho uld be check ed to ensure that the

elec trical characterist ics of the applianc e and the elec trical supply characteristic s agree .

Insta llation of the wiring must be made in accor dance with U.L. 197 Commercial Electr ic Cooki ng Appliance Standards, Local and/ or National Electrical Code, ANSI /NFPA 70-1990 .

Service line entr y is made through the rear of the oven for con nec tion to the ter minal block.

Rem ove the service panel on the right side of the oven for acces s to the terminal block .

5.For b aked-on f ood deposits , use a non-causti c and non-toxic comme rcial oven cleaner appropriate for the i nterio r oven surf ace of the oven. Follow th e product ma nufactur er's ins truc tions carefully for the u se o f this product. Any commercial oven cleaner mu st be a pproved for use on food contact areas.
