Battery Charger
You can use your Radio Shack Bat- tery Charger to charge your Radio Shack CB walkie-talkie if it uses 10 AA rechargeable nickel-cadmium batteries or to charge your Radio Shack remote-controlled car if it uses 8 AA rechargeable nickel-cadmium batteries.
3.Plug the battery charger into a standard AC outlet.
CHARGING
Warning: Never try to recharge non- rechargeable batteries. If you do, they become very hot and could ex- plode.
Follow these steps to charge nickel- cadmium batteries in your walkie- talkie or remote-controlled car.
1.If the walkie-talkie or the remote- controlled car is on, turn it off.
2.Connect the battery charger???s barrel plug to your walkie-talkie???s or your car???s charging jack.
4.Charge the batteries for 14-18 hours.
Caution: Do not overcharge nickel- cadmium batteries.

This product is warranted against defects for 90 days from date of purchase from Radio Shack company-owned stores and authorized Radio Shack franchisees and dealers. Within this period, we will repair it without charge for parts and labor. Simply bring your Radio Shack sales slip as proof of purchase date to any Radio Shack store. Warranty does not cover transportation costs. Nor does it cover a product subjected to misuse or accidental damage.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, RADIO SHACK MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRAN-
TIES AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURA- TION OF THE WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTIES CONTAINED HEREIN. Some states do not permit limitation or exclusion of implied warranties; therefore, the aforesaid limi- tation(s) or exclusion(s) may not apply to the purchaser.
