2 Before first use

Before you use the appliance and accessories for the first time, thoroughly clean the parts that come into contact with food.

3 Food processor

General Assembly

Before you use or assemble any of the accessories, make sure that you assemble according to Fig. 2 to 7.

1Align the indicator on the bowl edge to the unlocking symbol on the motor unit and attach the bowl to the motor unit.

2Turn the bowl clockwise until you hear a click to fix it onto the motor unit.

3Assemble the accessory or the accessory equipped with the shaft to the bowl.

4Put the ingredients in the bowl.

5Put the lid on the bowl, and turn the lid clockwise until you hear a click to fix it.Then put the pusher into the feeding tube.

??? For the discs, put the ingredients into the feeding tube with the pusher.

6Connect the power plug to the power supply.

7Check the advised ingredient quantity and setting in Table 1.Turn the knob to the desired speed setting.

8After use, turn the knob to 0, and then unplug the appliance.

Blade unit

Before you start, make sure that you assemble according to Fig. 2. You can use the blade unit to chop, mix, or puree ingredients.

To remove the food that sticks to the blade or bowl wall, stop processing and switch off the appliance first, and then use a spatula.

Note

?????? Always put the blade unit in the bowl before you start to add the ingredients.

?????? Do not use the blade unit to chop hard ingredients, like coffee beans, turmeric, nutmeg, and ice cubes, as this may cause the blade to get blunt.

?????? Do not let the appliance run too long when you chop (hard) cheese or chocolate. Otherwise these ingredients become too hot, start to melt, and turn lumpy.

Kneading accessory

Before you start, make sure that you assemble according to Fig. 3.

You can use the kneading accessory to knead yeast dough for bread and pizzas.You need to adjust the amount of liquid to form the dough according to the humidity and temperature condition.

Discs and Inserts

Before you start, make sure that you pick your desired disc from following and assemble according to Fig. 4 and Fig. 5.

To assemble the disc inserts, follow the steps below:

1Place the opening of the insert over the shaft of the insert holder.

2Push the opening of the insert over the projection on the shaft.

3Press the insert onto the insert holder until it locks in position with a click.

Caution

?????? Be careful when you handle the slicing blade of disc. It has a very sharp cutting edge.

?????? Never use the disc to process hard ingredients, like ice cubes.

?????? Do not exert too much pressure on the pusher when you press ingredients into the feed tube.

Note

?????? Put the ingredients into the feeding tube with the pusher. Fill the feeding tube evenly for the best results.When you have to process a large amount of ingredients, process small batches and empty the bowl between batches.

Mini chopper

Before you start, make sure you assemble according to Fig. 6.

You can use the mini chopper to chop coffee beans, peppercorns, nuts, herbs, dried fruits etc.

Note

?????? You can order a mini chopper jar and a blade unit (under service code number 9965 100

57198/9965 100 52997) from your Philips dealer or a Philips service center as extra accessories.

?????? Follow the recommendation on Table 1. Do not exceed the maximum level indicated on the mini chopper.

Tip

?????? For best results when processing beef, please use refrigerated beef cubes. Use max of 100g beef cubes at speed P for 5 sec.

?????? How to remove the ingredients that stick to the side of the mini chopper? 1. Switch off the appliance, and then unplug it. 2. Remove the beaker from the blade unit. 3. Remove the ingredients from the blade or from the side of the beaker with a spoon.

4 Blender

Before you start, make sure you assemble according to Fig. 7.

The blender is intended for:

???Blending fluids, like dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks, and shakes,

???Mixing soft ingredients, like pancake batter,

???Pureeing cooked ingredients, like baby food.

5 Cleaning and storage

Caution

?????? Make sure that the cutting edges of the blades and discs do not come into contact with hard objects.

This may cause the blade to get blunt.

?????? The cutting edges are sharp. Be careful when you clean the blade unit of the food processor, the blade unit of the blender and the discs.

1Clean the motor unit with a moist cloth.

2Clean the other parts in hot water (< 60??C) with some washing-up liquid or in a dishwasher.

3Store the product in a dry place.

3 K??chenmaschine

Allgemeine Montage

Vor dem Gebrauch oder der Montage der Zubeh??rteile, vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie die Montage gem???? Abb. 2 bis 7 vornehmen.

1Richten Sie die Anzeige am Rand der Sch??ssel am Entsperrsymbol auf der Motoreinheit aus, und setzen Sie die Sch??ssel auf die Motoreinheit.

2Drehen Sie die Sch??ssel im Uhrzeigersinn, bis sie h??rbar auf der Motoreinheit einrastet.

3Setzen Sie das Zubeh??r oder das Zubeh??r mit dem Schaft in die Sch??ssel ein.

4Geben Sie die Zutaten in die Sch??ssel.

5Setzen Sie den Deckel auf die Sch??ssel, und drehen Sie den Deckel im Uhrzeitersinn, bis er h??rbar einrastet. Setzen Sie dann den Stopfer in die Einf??ll??ffnung ein.

??? F??llen Sie bei den Scheiben die Zutaten mit dem Stopfer in die Einf??ll??ffnung.

6Schlie??en Sie den Stecker an die Steckdose an.

7Entnehmen Sie die empfohlene Mengenangabe und Einstellung der Tabelle 1. Drehen

Sie den Schalter auf die gew??nschte Geschwindigkeitsstufe.

8Drehen Sie den Regler nach der Verwendung auf 0, und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker des Ger??ts aus der Steckdose.

Messereinheit

Bevor Sie beginnen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie die Teile gem???? der Abbildung montieren. 2. Mit der Messereinheit k??nnen Sie Zutaten hacken, mixen oder p??rieren.

Um die Speisen, die am Messer oder der Innenseite der Sch??ssel haften bleiben zu entfernen, halten Sie das Ger??t zun??chst an, schalten Sie es aus, und setzen Sie dann einen Teigschaber ein.

Anmerkung

?????? Setzen Sie stets die Messereinheit in die Sch??ssel, bevor Sie Zutaten einf??llen.

Knethaken

Bevor Sie beginnen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie die Teile gem???? der Abbildung montieren. 3. Mit dem Knethaken k??nnen Sie Hefeteig f??r Brot und Pizzen kneten. Sie m??ssen

die Fl??ssigkeitsmenge einstellen, um den Teig gem???? der Luftfeuchtigkeits- und

Temperaturbedingungen zu formen.

Scheiben und Eins??tze

Bevor Sie beginnen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie Ihre gew??nschte Scheibe aus den folgenden ausw??hlen und Sie gem???? Abb. 4 und Abb. 5.

Gehen Sie zum Zusammensetzen der Scheibeneins??tze wie folgt vor:

1Platzieren Sie die ??ffnung des Einsatzes ??ber dem Schaft des Einsatzhalters.

2Schieben Sie die ??ffnung des Einsatzes ??ber die Ausbuchtung am Schaft.

3Dr??cken Sie den Einsatz in den Einsatzhalter, bis er h??rbar einrastet.

Vorsicht

?????? Gehen Sie vorsichtig mit der Messereinheit der Scheibe um. Sie hat eine sehr scharfe Klinge.

?????? Verarbeiten Sie mit den Scheiben keine harten Zutaten wie Eisw??rfel.

?????? ??ben Sie nicht zu viel Druck auf den Stopfer aus, wenn Sie Zutaten in die Einf??ll??ffnung f??llen.

Anmerkung

?????? Dr??cken Sie die Zutaten mit dem Stopfer in die Einf??ll??ffnung. Die besten Ergebnisse erhalten Sie, wenn Sie die Einf??ll??ffnung gleichm????ig f??llen.Verarbeiten Sie gr????ere Mengen nicht auf einmal, sondern in mehreren kleinen Portionen nacheinander. Leeren Sie zwischendurch die Sch??ssel.

Mini Chopper

Bevor Sie beginnen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie die Teile gem???? der Abbildung montieren. 6. Sie k??nnen den Mini-Zerkleinerer zum Zerkleinern von Kaffeebohnen, Pfefferk??rnern,

4 Mixer

?????? Verarbeiten Sie gr????ere Mengen nicht auf einmal, sondern in mehreren kleinen Portionen nacheinander.

5 Reinigung und Aufbewahrung

Vorsicht

Assemblage g??n??ral

1Alignez la marque du bord du bol sur le symbole de d??verrouillage du bloc moteur et fixez le bol au bloc moteur.

Lame

Avant de commencer, assurez-vous que l???appareil est assembl?? conform??ment ?? la Fig. 2. Vous pouvez utiliser l???ensemble lames pour hacher ou mixer des ingr??dients, ou encore pour en faire de la pur??e.

Pour retirer les aliments qui collent aux lames ou aux parois du bol, ??teignez d???abord l???appareil, puis utilisez une spatule.

Remarque

?????? Ins??rez toujours l'ensemble lames dans le bol avant d'y ajouter des ingr??dients.

3 Robot da cucina

Montaggio generale

Prima di utilizzare o assemblare una qualsiasi parte degli accessori, eseguire tale operazione secondo le Fig. 2-7.

1Allineare l???indicazione sul bordo del recipiente al simbolo di sblocco sul gruppo motore e collegare il recipiente a quest???ultimo.

2Ruotare il recipiente in senso orario fino a che non scatta in posizione sul gruppo motore.

3Assemblare l???accessorio o l???accessorio dotato di albero nel recipiente.

4Mettete gli ingredienti nel recipiente.

5Mettere il coperchio sul recipiente e ruotarlo in senso orario fino a che non scatta in posizione. Spingere il pestello nell???apertura di inserimento cibo.

Dischi e accessori

Elektromagnetische velden (EMV)

Dit Philips-apparaat voldoet aan alle toepasbare richtlijnen en voorschriften met betrekking tot blootstelling aan elektromagnetische velden (EMV). Mits het apparaat op de juiste wijze en volgens de instructies in deze gebruiksaanwijzing wordt gebruikt, is het veilig te gebruiken volgens het nu beschikbare wetenschappelijke bewijs.

Recycling

2 Voorafgaand aan het eerste gebruik

Maak de onderdelen die in contact komen met voedsel goed schoon voordat u het apparaat en accessoires voor de eerste keer gebruikt.

3 Keukenmachine

Algemene montage

Voordat u een van de accessoires plaatst of gebruikt, dient u eerst na te gaan of u het apparaat hebt gemonteerd zoals weergegeven in afb. 2 t/m 7.

1Breng de indicator op de rand van de kom op ????n lijn met het ontgrendelsymbool op de motorunit en bevestig de kom op de motorunit.

2Bevestig de kom op de motorunit door deze rechtsom te draaien totdat u een klik hoort.

3Bevestig het accessoire of het accessoire met de aandrijfas aan de kom.

4Doe de ingredi??nten in de kom.

5Doe het deksel op de kom en draai het rechtsom totdat u een klik hoort om het vast te zetten. Plaats vervolgens de stamper in de vultrechter.

??? Doe voor de schijven de ingredi??nten in de vultrechter met de stamper.

6Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.

7Controleer de aanbevolen hoeveelheid ingredi??nten en de instelling in tabel 1. Draai de knop naar de gewenste snelheidsstand.

8Draai na gebruik de knop naar 0 en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact.

Mesunit

Controleer voor u begint of u alles in elkaar zet volgens afb. 2.

U kunt de mesunit gebruiken om ingredi??nten te hakken, mixen of pureren.

Als u het voedsel wilt verwijderen dat aan het mes of de wand van de kom kleeft, kunt u dit het beste met een spatel doen nadat u het apparaat hebt uitgeschakeld.

Opmerking

?????? Plaats altijd de mesunit in de kom voordat u de ingredi??nten erin doet.

?????? Gebruik de mesunit niet om harde ingredi??nten zoals koffiebonen, kurkuma, nootmuskaat of ijsblokjes te hakken. Hierdoor kan het mes bot worden.

?????? Laat het apparaat niet te lang werken wanneer u (harde) kaas of chocolade hakt. Deze ingredi??nten worden anders te heet, waardoor ze gaan smelten en klonteren.

Kneedaccessoire

Controleer voor u begint of u alles in elkaar zet volgens afb. 3.

U kunt het kneedaccessoire gebruiken om gistdeeg voor brood en pizza???s te kneden. U moet de hoeveelheid vloeistof aanpassen om het deeg te vormen aan de hand van de vochtigheid en temperatuur.

Schijven en inzetschijven

Kies voor u begint de gewenste schijf en bevestig die volgens afb. 4 en afb. 5.

Volg deze stappen om de inzetschijven in elkaar te zetten:

1Plaats de opening van de inzetschijf boven de schacht van de inzetschijfhouder.

2Duw de opening van de inzetschijfhouder over het uitsteekseltje van de schacht.

3Druk de inzetschijf op de inzetschijfhouder tot deze vastklikt.

???Let op

?????? Wees voorzichtig als u het mes van de schijf gebruikt. Het heeft een zeer scherpe snijkant.

?????? Gebruik de schijf nooit om harde ingredi??nten zoals ijsblokjes te verwerken.

?????? Oefen niet te veel druk uit op de stamper wanneer u de ingredi??nten in de vultrechter duwt.

Opmerking

?????? Doe de ingredi??nten met de stamper in de vultrechter. Plaats de ingredi??nten gelijkmatig in de vultrechter voor het beste resultaat.Wanneer u een grote hoeveelheid ingredi??nten wilt verwerken, verwerk dan kleine porties en maak de kom tussentijds regelmatig leeg.

Opmerking

?????? Steek nooit uw hand of een voorwerp in de kan terwijl de blender werkt.

?????? Bevestig de afdichtring altijd op de mesunit voordat u de mesunit aan de blenderkan bevestigt.

?????? Als u tijdens de bewerking vloeibare ingredi??nten wilt toevoegen, giet deze dan in de blenderkan via de vulopening.

?????? Snijd ingredi??nten in kleine stukjes voordat u ze verwerkt.

?????? Wanneer u een grote hoeveelheid voedsel wilt bereiden, doe dan niet alle ingredi??nten in ????n keer in de kom, maar verwerk steeds kleine hoeveelheden.

?????? Voorkom morsen: als u een vloeistof verwerkt die snel gaat schuimen (bijvoorbeeld melk), doe dan niet meer dan 1 liter vloeistof in de blenderkan.

?????? Doe de ingredi??nten in de blenderkan en overschrijd daarbij de maximumindicatie niet.

5 Schoonmaken en opbergen

Let op

?????? Voorkom dat de snijkanten van de messen en schijven in contact komen met harde voorwerpen.

Hierdoor kan het mes bot worden.

?????? De snijkanten zijn scherp.Wees voorzichtig wanneer u de mesunit van de keukenmachine, de mesunit van de blender en de schijven schoonmaakt.

1Maak de motorunit schoon met een vochtige doek.

2Maak de andere onderdelen schoon in warm water (< 60 ??C) met een beetje afwasmiddel of in de vaatwasmachine.

3Berg het product op een droge plaats op.

Suggerimento

?????? Per risultati ottimali nella lavorazione della carne, utilizzare cubetti di carne fredda. Lavorare massimo 100 g di cubetti di carne alla velocit?? P per 5 sec.

?????? Come si rimuovono gli ingredienti che si attaccano alla parete del mini tritatutto? 1. Spegnere l'apparecchio e staccare la spina. 2. Staccare il bicchiere dal gruppo lame. 3. Staccare gli ingredienti dalle lame o dalla parete del bicchiere con un cucchiaio.

?????? Hoe verwijder ik ingredi??nten die aan de zijkant van de minihakmolen kleven? 1. Schakel het apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact. 2.Verwijder de beker van de mesunit. 3.Verwijder de ingredi??nten met een lepel van het mes of de zijkant van de beker.
