???The main unit and supplied speakers are to be used only as indicated in this setup. Failure to do so may lead to damage to the amplifier and/or the speakers, and may result in the risk of fire. How you set up your speakers can affect the bass and the sound field.

Place the front, center and surround speakers at approximately the same distance from the seating position. The angles in the diagram are approximate.

Occasionally, Panasonic may release updated firmware for this unit that may add or improve the way a feature operates. These updates are available free of charge.
This unit is capable of checking the firmware automatically when connected to the Internet via a broadband connection. When a new firmware version is available, the following message is displayed.

VIERA LinkTM is a new name for EZ SyncTM.
VIERA Link ???HDAVI Control??? is a convenient function that offers linked operations of this unit, and a Panasonic TV (VIERA) under ???HDAVI Control???.
You can use this function by connecting the equipment with an HDMI cable. See the operating instructions for connected equipment for operational details.
Preparation
1 Set ???VIERA Link??? to ???On??? ( 33). (The default setting is ???On???.)
2Set the ???HDAVI Control??? operations on the connected equipment (e.g., TV).
