All clear ance s for proper ventilation air supply must be maintain ed to minimiz e fire hazard. Do not locate the oven imm ediately adjacent to any other heat gen eratin g appli ance.
Inadequate ventilation may result in a high ambient
temperature at the rear of the oven. An exces sive ambient temperat ure can cause the thermal- overload prote ction device on the blower motor to trip resulting in severe dama ge to the blower motor.

Insta llation of the wiring must be made in accor dance with U.L. 197 Commercial Electr ic Cooki ng Appliance Standards, Local and/ or National Electrical Code, ANSI /NFPA
